Therapy begins with a initial consultation where I can provide a safe space for you to share your thoughts, concerns, and questions. During this meeting, we’ll start to get to know each other. I will want to hear your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I will also explain my therapeutic method and treatment style more thoroughly and answer any questions you have so that you can feel fully informed before moving forward. We will determine how often to meet and sessions are 50-53 minutes in length.
